This sled at $8999 is an incredible value!!
I need to get my brother to dump his Apex and get one of these. All the geometry is the same as a 2012 X just a little short on HP. This sled will take 90% of riders wherever they want to go for the price of a used sled. New + warranty seems like a no brainer!

yes this is down a $1000 from last year. I picked up an 2012 sport for a great price with a 5 1/2 year warranty. I'm not sure anyone will notice it being down on horse power. My buddy who has a 154 etec is scratching his head every time I ride with him. I wish I had the 2.5 track because I think that's going to make the difference when it's deep but with our low snow pack at this point you can't really see much of a difference on the hill. I think if their is a difference it's because I weight 30 lbs more than him. When I ride the two side by side I feel like the Ptek has a little more down low and the Etec more up on top.

at $8,999 theyre gonna get soooo many sales. i knew something like that was gonna happen when i saw this news letter:

imagine if they put them up for a flat $8,000... there'd be lots of happy owners, AND, lots of happy dealers... a huge order from BRP, its all about the bulk, and they know theres a growing interest of snowmobiling.

Not sure where you are coming up with $8,999....... i just checked there site and it looks like a 2013 skidoo summit will be $12,800. thats getting up there if you ask me, considering I can go down to my my polaris dealer right now and get a 2012 pro for $10,200 brand new. I know what I wont be riding next year!!!

wow!! screaming deal. I have a pro rmk but a brand new sled for 8,999 is hard to past on. I have heard they have come along ways with handeling so I think im ready to try the switch especially when i can almost trade my 2011 pro straight across for a brand new one!!

doesn't sound like it is a 2013
I would be more interested in the 800 sport if you could get it with a 163 track
thinking about snowchecking 2 of them and getting rid of my old polaris and yami.
