Articulate "unstable".. If you can, then get an order to keep her out.

Since she has proof or residence, sheriff will let her in. Until you can get a court order to keep her out.
Get a restraining order on her.
Make sure she has a place to go, you can't kick her out in cold.
That way when she comes back for her stuff you can have a sherif there to escort her.
Further, file for devorce RIGHT NOW. It will add creedence to your complaint.
