what do you think of my money pit!?

Hey guys,
Been working on this 04 ProX 800 for a while now. Im into this thing so deep right now, that its hard to start cutting corners... So far, ive got a completely rebuilt 800 with the big bearing upgrade, Hyperdrive pistons, and VForce 3's. Otherwise all stock but new. It has the big air kit, full SLP ceramic coated exhaust, put a 136" Dragon skid with a 1 3/4" track. Brand New hood, belly pan, TONS of powder coating, gripper skis, ProTaper bar off an Assault, and the 02 ProX decals... Im at the point of powder coating now! I just came across a pretty good deal on the red hood and belly pan, so I went with red!! But now its up to the paint program on my phone to do some color schemes to decide what to powder what color! Opinions are appreciated!

It looks nice, they sure to blow the budget sometimes but that's quickly forgotten as soon as you get it on the snow.

I not feeling what your paint program looks like. That isn't even a picture of your sled. That picture is 8-9 years old. I know this because That's my old 02PROXR440/800. I spent a lot of time building that sled to be as nice as it looked in those pictures. Damn I miss that sled. Look at how that tunnel shines!

Sorry if I offended you... But I dont remember when I ever said that was a picture of MY sled... I took a picture of a sled that I loved (witch just happened to be yours) and I tried to make it my own, as I dont like to copy people.... I took your picture and altered it on a paint program to see witch way id like it!!! Wow... I can delete this thread if it offends you too much to have used a photo of your sled! SORRY!!

I'm not offended. You never said that it was yours. I was expecting to see a X2 in red with grey. It Actually makes me feel good that my sled is one that you liked. The PROXR440 in 02 had the unique yellow and red. I spend so much money in that sled. Sad to say that she is no more. Do whatever you want with the pic. Keep the updates coming. I want to see how it turns out. As you can see by my screen name I've always liked the PROs

Thanks 2002prox800!! And that sled is honestly one of the nicest ive ever seen! I like to build one off sleds. So this is why im doing the color changes. And I am selling it, so this is kindof why im looking for opinions on my colors! Someone will definitely be getting a WIKED sled!! I have not cut any corners on the rebuild, and pretty much anything that has wear on it has been replaced with new. I will post pics as im building it. Right now its just a tunnel thats almost all stripped down ready for powder coating.

Nothing yet... Been working too much, and my wife's due in a week!! So not much time at all!! Hoping to get it stripped this weekend and sent for powder coating next week

The 02 Pro X's had the best graphics of the Pro X line for sure. That sled looks great eventhough it isnt yours lol. Keep us updated.
