WTB ASAP M7 cylinder

I need an M7 or F7 cylinder ASAP, it doesnt have to be perfect, just somthing that will run "decent", and if it was in Canada that would be good too, then I dont have to worry about customs..Even better would be Alberta, then I will just come get it..
