Hey guys,

I belong to another forum (Yamaha), and they are hosting an annual ride in Munising, Mi.

I mostly want to ride with 40 other Yamaha owners, and to see the Great lakes. But, what can you tell me about the riding there? Is there any off trail riding? There doesn't seem to be in there videos.

Any thoughts and or advise would be appreciated.

Oh yeah lots of off trail up in the keewanau peninsula. Munising is about an hour and a half away from me and I enjoy the riding here

By late January is it safe to ride off trail? Meaning, is the snow coverage plenty?

As long as mother nature cooperates like she did last riding season there will be plenty of coverage....

I'm not exactly sure.... Your best bet would be to contact a Michigan Secretary of state office and see what they say.... Worst case I would think they would just make you pay for a Michigan trail sticker which is 45.00
