Just like to tell the people who may use their products that they stood behind their radios when I had a breakage and they sent me a new part even though they didn’t have to. I emailed to ask if I could buy the handset alone because I broke the piece that holds it to the radio. They answered in a day. They sent me a brand new handset even though I didn’t ask for it. All in a week. Good customer service! Good product ls and they obviously care about their reputation and their customers. That’s all. Thanks BCA!
