THIS GIVES THE MILITARY THE AUTHORITY TO ARREST ANY CITIZEN BASED ON A SUSPICION (LET ME REITERATE THAT....SUSPICION) OF BEING A TERRORIST...THEN STRIP THEM OF THEIR CITIZENSHIP SO THEY DON'T HAVE DUE PROCESS PROTECTED IN THE BILL OF RIGHTS. THEN THEY ARE SHIPPED OFF TO A TERRORIST CAMP LIKE GITMO...
