True. But I don't have an oven in my shop. Dehydrators are so much faster.

I'll ask one of my buddies that does lots of dehydrating etc... He's got like 3 big ones. Makes some awesome stuff

got mine at cabelas.has 10 trays and not big enough.i can only do 10lbs of jerky at a time.cabelas has a bigger one that I have on my wish list.

The Jack Link plant is not to far from me. Their jerky does not even come close to the venison jerky I make. I tossed my old dehydrator so I that I why I am looking for a new one.
