How do I get these stuck set screws out? Have tried heat, penetrating fluid. Tried drilling the screws, they are hard as can be. The weights need to be replaced as they have flat spots in them.

What are you using as a heat source? Mapp gas is a lot better than propane. Heat the weight not the screw and it will come.
just spin them out.
If you hook up an impact wrench to them they will spin off. Press on the end of the bolt A's they will move

This worked great, snapped all the weights.
If the weights have flat spots, you have other problems.

Yup. Rollers were shot.
