I also built a custom bike rack from thule parts that clips on and off at 4 points. 5 thule mounts(you don't have to take the wheels off) and the mounts have locks on them.
I only have side view shots of the deck. it's next to new, always stored in a heated garage. Its sitting in my heated shop right now. I can get pics of the thule setup and deck in the shop. Truck boss has them on sale, and with everything you would get brand new it would be just under 7000 including tax from truck boss. I'll sell this set up for 5700 including the thule bike rack.
