Working through some projects to get ready to go sledding - decided I needed to make sure I have everything one can use to fix most issues on the mountain. Besides the below - what are some necessary tools you all have with you?

Lightweight Wrench SAE – Open End/Box End - 8, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19
Lightweight Wrench Metric – Open End/Box End - 3/8”, 7/16”, 1/2", 9/16”
¼” Ratchet
¼ x 3/8” adapter
Allen Wrench Set – Folding SAE
Allen Wrench Set – Folding Metric
Torx Wrench Set – Folding
6 in 1 Screw Driver
6” Crescent Wrench
Needle Nose Pliers
“L” Allen Wrench 6mm
“L” Allen Wrench 4mm
8mm 3/8 Drive Allen Socket
15mm 3/8 Deepwell Socket
10mm 3/8 Deepwell Socket
1/2” – 3/8 socket
12mm 3/8 socket
13mm 3/8 socket
16mm 3/8 socket
17mm 3/8 socket
7/16” ¼” drive Deepwell socket
8mm ¼” drive socket
10mm ¼” drive socket
Spanner wrench for shock adjustments

Anyone has a cheat/special tool to get the 850 spark plug boots seated completely down on the spark plugs?

Add basic elec tape, zip ties, hoseclamps, baling wire, assorted nuts and bolts. (Find same sizes)

(Hoseclamps hold tie rod or wrench to broken A arm to keep riding)

Spare parts in group.
Tie rod, tie rod ends, steering post block, Brake lever, throttle lever, ski rubber, TSS bypass, rear axle bolt, washer, plastic spacer, rear bogie, upper bogie.

Spare parts in trailer.
A arms (all 4)
Side panels
Ski
Front shocks

Gotta have some vise grips and duct tape.

A metal cutting blade from a sawzall or jig saw, a long reach magnet for getting those dropped nuts and bolts. Emergency hose repair tape. Small brass barbed fittings to mend the small coolant hoses that like to rub holes in themselves.

I just push the spark plug caps down with my fingers, there a bit of a pain, but they always go on.

What are you using for light weight wrenches?

I have been looking and not been impressed with what I’ve found (except for the $300 titanium wrenches - way too much to spend).

I copied that list from the lightweight tool kit off Burandts website. I'm with you. Not going to spend that much $$. I'm going with some thinner craftsman ratchet box end wrenches. Not exactly light weight - but cheaper for me since I have most of them already.
