Exactly what I thought as I was putting my oil tank over the top of it. On the four stroke we have to run it as there is no oil delete kit for the four stroke......yet.

I was looking at this kit, very impressed.

What I am wondering is, if the pro lite disconnects the low oil sensor with no codes being thrown, why would you need the boss for the sensor on this one. And if you do need the sensor, why not run a plastic tank like say maybe a sno pro 500 version, or maybe a 2011 and older M series. Would it not be lighter than the aluminum version?

Won't throw codes if you disconnect the sensor. It's just a dumb NO switch.

And thx to bcil for representing the 'just say no to oil pumps' clan. Lol

Install

Install in great.

Getting bearings off on the other hand holy crap. 2 Hours to get my jack shaft out. I ended up cutting the gear side off with skinny wheel. Be prepared for that these are pressed on bearings on shafts and they do not just slid off or on. Once out of the machine take to press no issues but pressing a bearing in the sled total different without help of press. Total about 5 hour. Maybe if its a new sled not as hard no idea.

Bang for your buck?
Seems like a great way to improve efficiencies of a stock motor (Polaris method) but would you notice more with a pipe / programer or a big bore kit?

I put one on this summer and it was a pretty big job. I did a 3" track, airframes, lightweight brake disc and a evo can at the same time. Had a couple of questions during install and the customer service was awesome! Bearings were a pain in the butt to get off. Yes it is a lot of coin but this is the way I justified it(other than it looking super sweet)....a 12 pro sucks, feels like a 600 to me, the 13 pro is the same motor but with the belt drive and it actually feels fairly snappy(not as good as the Suzuki but much better than the 12). So the only change there is the belt drive, it must work......it looks awesome and can't wait to ride my sled minus 40 ish lbs. gonna be sweet
