Likely the only way to meaningfully reduce build up would be to run center cooler only and have it thermally isolated from the remainder of the tunnel

Getting my sled ready for the season with a tapered tunnel chop. Took about 8 inches off total length and added a good bit of taper on an additional 9 inches. kept the coolant flow through the back, and added a '03 Rev cooler up front to help with the lack of flap its going to have. Still need to do some touch up grinding, paint, get the skid and tank back on, and plumb in coolant lines then can fire it up. I have parts sent to waterjet for a custom bumper that will tie in with the shorty running boards and the aftermarket drop brackets (cracked the oems) up front and make for strength and looks in back to not stress the welds too hard when i go over backwards or whatever. Then just make a lil snow flap guy to keep the back less sharp and look better and tie in a smaller brake light20231210_172542 2.jpg20231210_170715 2.jpg20231210_150548 2.jpg20231004_071244 2.jpg

Finally getting some time to work on finishing this project up. Bumper all bent, welded, and deburred. Need to open up the holes some for Rivets and bolts and paint. Then finish up the tunnel cleanup, paint and get the bumper on!

Will still wait till used prices drop to a reasonable level ...four years later peps still asking same prices for same sled four / five years later ....
steam will run out of this soon enough with the rate hikes and people forced to unburden themselves ....

Used prices people are asking are stupid and no one is buying their shyt. I check the FB mountainsledder page and its just the same idiots reposting their overpriced crap over and over. Cool dude, you put on 300-800 miles on your 2022-2023 boost. It isn't worth $20,000, or 19,000 or 18,000 anymore. I'm just gonna go buy a new 2023 boost tomorrow for $17,000 and call it a day. It is stupid how much time I wasted looking at sleds when no one is actually trying to sell a sled.
