I stopped by the hospital today to say hi to dean. He seemed in good spirits and is anxiously waiting to get out of the hospital. he does have feeling in his fingers and it was his left elbow. He is right handed. Sandy was cracking the whip, so all is good there. lol

i cant believe u guys r thrashing ragged w/ those old pics when there is so much more to hassle him with......................i mean, just LOOK at him!! .....................lol
 
I'm with ya' there GU. Been out sick since the 8th. Just getting caught up after 2 hrs. Look like lots of good times everyone is having. Might just have one more good ride left (if the lungs start cooperating)

Whittaker722 - I would think that w/ .012 you would have to start worring about breaking piston skirts??? I have been told that anything more then .008-.009 is the most you can run w/out breaking skirts.

I think I have a few of Ragged in a pickle, I'll see If I can find em!!!

BB you going to be ready to break in the Nytro this weekend???

Good one TT!! ...But you had to go all the way back to my 600 136" days...that was a 98 vintage sled keeping up with (or at least trying) all you 800 twins and tripples...:rolleyes:

As for the ole in the hood...that was the first clutch vent....I cut that out cuz my belt was on fire and I wanted to port the hood to let the heat out...now days they have mesh vents...lol

JOP....Ive only riddin with you a couple times but as I rember you cracked up the ol poo pretty bad both times....:eek:...they were pretty cool crashes though...lol...even got you in the 509!!:face-icon-small-win
...like I say...if you aint wreckin you aint racin!!

FOR THE RECORD....I have takin out many trailing arms on rocks and rolled them down the hill a few times...over the last 6 years ....but Ive NEVER crashed so bad that I couldnt ride it away...How many have wiped out there sleds this season?....Not me...took out a a arm on a rock in the early season but thats it...

Now lets ask how long have I been riding the mountain....incompairison to the rest of you clowns..lol...how about 6 seasons for the ragged man...

but more importantly....how many posers are there and how many at least give it a shot?? :cool:....

Just because I call myself Ragged dosent mean Im the most ragged...lol...I just for some reason attract too mush attention and people always seem to have a camera ready...:o

You gotta ride it like you stole it.....

After talking with Dale at D&D he said .010~.012 so I hope that's the cure. At least if I break a skirt, that would be something new:(
 
It was'nt my fault Ragged! A tree Jumped right out in front of me and then the hill got icy all of a sudden. Go figure! But they were some real cool crashes if I do say so myself. :D Good Times! Maybe we can go do some riding here real soon. Might have a sled lined up!
 
Ragged TreeWell, it has a nice ring to it. Ragged, based on how the old Ragged sled looked vs others I would say you are aptly named. And if we are going into the past, how about another tale from days of old on the Ridder Thread?

Ducky, I gotta agree with ya about all the chances for ripping on Ragged, but I'd becarefull calling anyone on looks if I was you...

Going Up, how was merry old England?

I say bring out all the wrecks...gaurentee I will have the fewest since I'm such a great steep and deep ridder!!:D
