I cant say what the new model is but I have experience with running a 4 gallon tank with fuel pump and lines (added f***ery for turbo fuel Supply) comes out to 3.5 gallons.
mawesome a huge difference because of much less mass on the sled. Its also mass that fights you. As in your motion or energy input to the sled is absorbed by the fuel. You change directions and the fuel follows then slochses around. Its a bunch of little things that add up to a lot. Older polaris tabks like on pro or dragon chassis were also flexible. The new polaristabk is much more stiff and acts like a chassis brace. The aluminum tank adds structural stability. As well as better air movement from under the hood keep clutches cooler ect. Obviously, it depends on the set up. No its not the same as startiNg out the day with a full size tank half full. Their newest tank is baaaaad ass
