The pullstart on my son's 380 won't engage the engine. It pulls and recoils fine but won't turn anything over. I removed the cover and can easily turn the engine over by hand. in the recoild housing I see a spring, white plastic washer and the black plastic piece that engages the engine. All look like they are in good condition.
I do not know the specifics of how it engages the engine so I can't problem solve. Any ideas?
