Big shout out to Big John on my XM build. We had 3 sleds with the added items to make this the best Big Bore out there hands down. Was very Happy with my sled and with the others as well. I think we had a total of 5 or 6 sleds all breaking in 880's. My big bore was done last season so I just had the additions to the 880 and was able to really rail on the sled. The other guys with fresh motors had to take care and where all in break in mode. I offered up my sled to each one of them and they all said they cant wait til there sleds get that strong. No doubt its a perfect set up, rode with a steady 6000 rpm down the trail and had perfect exhaust temps, no climbing of the temps as you drove on. We had a 15 mile trail ride in so this was an extra bonus for that level of protection. Once back on top and it was time to let her rip I simply removed 1 step of fuel on the bottom and mid and 2 steps of fuel on top. Wow talk about throttle response and just plain arm ripping power, very impressed. Thank you BJ you rock.

This makes 3 years running on 880 etecs and 6 years running on 880 carbs...I wonder if thats ENOUGH time on a build that "some other" shop couldnt DOO and claims doesnt work??!!

we offer multiple performance levels on the 860 and 880 motor...
we offer our own clutching and gearing...
we offer our own BB tuned exhaust...
we offer chassis /track upgrades to match...
we have NEW BB/3" mountain ramps and a new "FIX" for the TRA (will help any/all clutch kits and motors)...

you know, ALL the stuff a GOOD performance shop can DOO for its customers...BJ

The TRA fix is legit. I have a few days on this mod and the rpm's are more consistent, i also had an actual RPM gain. I dont know how it works but it truly makes the clutch work better. Still very very happy with all my stuff that BJ did to my beast of a ride. I have a turbo Pro and a new axys. that never leave the trailer just keep on smiling every trip with the 880 Stage II.

I can't say enough about John's great work on this sled. It just plain rips all day every day. I do NOT miss my turbo XM one bit, while this sled doesn't quite have the top end the turbo on 10lbs does, it is far and away better in EVERY other aspect of riding. Straight 91 non ethanol gas and go, zero tuning, zero extra maintenance, zero paneling issues. It's a straight razor blade in the trees. Thanks John!
