When determining if your sled is affected by a recall or update only use the last 6 digits of the VIN
Bulletin No: BS201307
Subject: Shift Fork Update
Affected Models: 2013 F/M/XF 1100 cc models within the VIN ranges of 100949-103962 and 808001-808211.
Condition: The existing shift fork may fail where the fork contacts the reverse gear and should be replaced.
Solution: Install new Shift Fork Update Kit (p/n 0637-414) on all affected models.

Subject: Slide Rail End Caps
Affected Models: 2013 M8, M 1100 Turbo, and M 1100 non-Turbo
Condition: The slide rail end caps do not meet Arctic Cat standards on the affected models only and should be replaced.
Solution: Install new Slide Rail End Cap Update Kit (p/n 0637-420).

Subject: Skid Frame Relocation
Affected Models: All 2013 XF models including XF High Country models
Condition: The lower mounting location in which the skid frame was mounted during assembly on XF models may cause adverse wear to the slide rail end caps and wear strips.
Solution: The skid frame should be relocated to the upper locations.

Subject: Skid Frame Front Arm Mounting
Affected Models: All 2013 RR models
Condition:The cap screws securing the front arm to the slide rails may come loose during the operation of the snowmobile resulting in wear to the slide rail.
Solution: Install new RR Front Arm Mounting Update Kit (p/n 0637-421). (kit includes 2 thinner washers, and 2 new bolts)

Subject: Driven Clutch Update
Affected Models: Specific 2013 F and XF models,
and specific 2013 M 800 and M 1100 Turbo Overseas models... If your secondary has a white spacer in it, the update has already been done.
Condition: The existing movable sheave bearing in the driven clutch on the affected models may cause the sheave to stick when operating the snowmobile and should
be replaced. A spacer is also being added to the driven clutch.
Solution: Install new Driven Clutch Update Kit (p/n 0637-416). Instructions will be included in the kit. (kit includes a bushing, snap ring, helix bolts, and a spacer)

Subject:Harness Wrap
Affected Models: All 2013 F 800 RR models
Condition:The existing harness wrap does not sufficiently protect the wire harness near the resonator causing the wires to possibly melt.
Solution: Install new Harness Wrap Update Kit (p/n 0637-423). Instructions will be included in the kit.

Affected Models: Specific 2012 and 2013 F, XF and M models eligible for factory warranty as of March 1, 2013
Condition: Arctic Cat has determined that in certain conditions the existing driven clutch may cause reduced performance and excessive heat resulting in reduced belt life.
BS201401:
For affected 2012-2013 XF800 High Country and M800 (excluding Overseas)models, order new Driven Clutch Update Kit (p/n 0637-442). Instructions willbe included in the kit.
BS201402:
For affected 2013 XF 800 models, order new Driven Clutch Update Kit (p/n0637-443). Instructions will be included in the kit.
BS201403:
For affected 2012-2013 F 800 and 2012 XF 800 models, order new Driven Clutch Update Kit (p/n 0637-444). Instructions will be included in the kit.
BS201404:
For affected 2012-2013 F and XF Turbo models, order new Driven Clutch Update Kit (p/n 0637-445). Instructions will be included in the kit.

For affected 2012-2013 XF High Country and M Turbo models, order new Driven Clutch Update Kit (p/n 0637-446). Instructions will be included in the kit.

Subject:Starter Pinion Shaft
Affected Models:2013 F 800, XF 800, and M 800 electric start models
Condition:The snap ring securing the PTO side of the starter pinion shaft may loosen causing the shaft to impact the drive clutch.
Solution:Install new Electric Start Update Kit (p/n 0637-427). Instructions will be included in the kit

Affected Models: 2012 F 800, XF 800, and M 800
Condition: The existing long oil tank filler neck is difficult to determine oil level, resulting in possible over-filling.
Solution:Install new Oil Tank Filler Neck Update Kit (p/n 0637-456). Instructions will be included in the kit.

Affected Models:2013 F 800 RR and 2013 F 1100 Turbo RR
Condition:The track tension may not be able to be adjusted sufficiently with the existing rear wheels causing the track to ratchet.
Solution:Install new 8-inch Rear Wheel Update Kit (p/n 0637-449). Instructions will be included in the kit
