I just put a new oil pump on my sled for the PERC install, I hooked up the lines and run the drill with the arm in the wide open position. The 2 lines going to the carbs are fine, no air bubbles and oil coming out the port in the carbs.

There are bubbles in the 2 lines ging to the crank bearings, any ideas on how to get them out.

Thanks!

you have to run it for awhile to get a air bubble to go all the way through the line. just watch the bubble and make sure it is moving and you will be good, if you are concerned dump a bit of oil in your tank for the first trip, but you will be fine

You can also idle the sled with the lever arm pulled back to full open, that will get rid of the bubble a lot quicker. And like rmkboxer stated, adding some oil to that first tank of fuel is cheap insurance. Oil is cheaper than parts are!
