For a first time we are actually 250 dollars cheaper in Cdn for same sled.. dealer in school fee guide.. sweet

Like anywhere else, there will be pockets where house prices don’t rise or they fall - but overall the rising market is set to stay strong for the next 3 years at least - and that is quite depressing!
