Potential problem on your gen 5 check this for wear

If your running stock muffler with the sound / heat shield check for wear on the coolant hose I’ve seen some rub the hose almost through in under 1000 kms this sled only has 600 kms . On my own sled I’ve wrapped the hose with a old bar grip and zip tied it in place

this has been brought up before on the forum but there’s likely more than one spot. I use clear racers/ helicopter tape.

No longer an issue on the 24’s but definitely the 23’s

My hoses were replaced under warranty because of that rubbing.

My hose and heatshield was replaced on warranty also

I just wanted to remind guys to check it . This sled just got back from a dealership for the fuel line and chain and left the dealership all worn

mine is at the dealer for the chain and fuel line recalls, they are changing the rad hose as it is worn pretty good in 1100km
my dealer said they have been pulling out the inside heat fiber heat shield and tossing them away

I added wire loom to that hose.

not sure if it is all summits but the turbo's for sure
i called the dealer and booked mine in back in the middle of october and they were already booked solid for the recalls until nov 21

call your dealer and run the VIN and know for sure. I’ve got a low mileage 23 turbo and they replaced the fuel line. they said there was enough wear to replace as opposed to just rerouting or whatever they do.
