Happy Face Light Weight & S.S.One Piece Q.D.Install Studs
Our Happy Face alignment studs are location specific, meaning that the lower drive shaft stud is short and the upper stud is much longer,
with a shallow angle which makes the belt installation much easier.
Also, we machine a 17 M.M.hex on the out side end of both studs so that you can use the same size wrench as the drive shaft bolts and to adjust your track.
We also are now producing the alignment studs in a lightweight version that are made from 7075 aluminum that has been type III hard anodized
The weight difference is 50.5 grams on our light weight studs to 201.5 grams for the stainless steel.
These light weight studs are easy to bring along when riding yet they will still have all the, features that set our products apart.
For those that are running the earlier style drive shafts we have made install studs that have a 3/8"-24 thread to fit those 2006 – 2009 shafts.

Our install tools are a one piece design that are machined on state of the art CNC equipment that maintains the highest quality products.

When shopping for belt install tools please take the time to note the differences in
the various designs while they all are much better than nothing.
Our one piece design.offers distinct advantages over the two piece style.
As they do not need extra tools if you are out on the trail there is no loose screw to drop in the snow or get lost.
