So that was my first time up there. Question for ya. If you go down in the trees from there can you get back to the groomed trail. From what I saw there are some deep ravines that you won't be able to get of if you go down too far.
Yeah you can get back. That's is usually our normal way back. We go up strawberry river around to current creek over to duchense ridge back up just south of tower and then drop down right there.
From that jump hill you go down into the ravine cross over it then head south a bit and drop off straight west and go down into the trees. You are best to stay south if anything. The beauty trail is an old log road that they have taken a dozer up and mad big sweeps all the wall up the road so you get some nice little hits and then acouple must make side hills. If you don't make it you end up in the deep ravines your talking about .
Thanks for the info. Ya it looked sketchy if you don't know where you are going. I would not want to get stuck down in those ravines. We are just exploring some new areas this year. Getting sick of the same old places we go every week.
You're welcome to come ride with us whenever. We usually have a group, ranging from first year guys to us pros haha.. We don't travel super fast, we are there to enjoy our selves not to see how fast we can make it back to the trucks. I have been sledding that area since I was 8 so I know the area pretty well. We usually meet in heber around 8:00-8:15 and then head up to strawberry river. From there we have a couple different routes we take and go and enjoy the day
I'm a first year back guy. Been 15 years since I sold my sleds. Just getting back into it. Would like a group to ride with. Text me at 801 three 1 nine sixty three 52. When your going I will do my best to make it?
