Old Park - Kremmling CO

I just purchased a house in Old Park just north west of kremmling CO. I was wondering if anyone else on this forum has a place in old park. If so, I was wondering if you can ride out of old park without having to trailer.

If I am not mistaken, that is down low on 162. If the county hasn't cleared the road completely off, which they do at times, follow it aroune to Red Dirt and take it. No one minds as long as you go easy. Some neighbors object to speed........
Trying to remember, is yours the darker colored place on the left side as you are going up 162?

Old discussion, but still applies...

I know this is an old discussion, but just moved into Old Park as well... off GCR 164... What Internet/high speed broadband are folks using in that subdivision? CenturyLink? Or any others available?
