mm shocks

I have a 2000 mountain max that the front shocks have collapsed on. Any suggestions on what I should put on it or fix them?

I think I still have a set of Works shocks that I used on my 99 Mtn Max. I tapped a rock years ago and one of the shock shafts had a very slight bend. I sent both shocks back to Works and they replaced athe shaft and checked them out. I never mounted them back on the sled after that and they have been sitting in the enclosed trailer ever since.
