iv got a 96 zrt 800 that i smoked a piston in last year so i bolted on the 900 jugs i had on the shelf with 900 heads but they only have 125-130#s of compression so I threw on one of my 800 heads that have been cut and it has 190#s of compression but the squish is about .045" what is the minimum that can be run before it hits ?
sled only sees c-16 so i am not worried about the compression
thanks timmy v

i am running a 96 zrt 800 chassis stripped and gutted to be as light as possible and still look stock, short skis speed track with 240 1" needles.
up until last feb i was running a stock 800 motor with psi pipes on N20
motor stock 900 slightly cut heads
stock reeds
new lectron 38mm carbs
c-16 fuel/amsoil
clutching
primary 71.5 gram weights with engagement notch @4800 rpm
epi silver spring 165/300#
secondary
cat green spring
62-54x helix
9 tooth drivers
26/37 gearing
nitrous express N2o kit
i run the system at 1050-1150 #s bottle pressure
i ran it on a button with full hit up till 100 hp after that i had to put a progressive controller on it otherwise it would just backfire the reeds out of it
i have run 129.8 in 1000'
i tried a different fuel and stuck the rings in 1 cylinder so i put a set of 900 jugs on but i can only get 121 out of it now any ideas
