m7 backfires when under throttle engine light flashes

Heard of this problem. Check wires under seat for bare wires. Don't know if m7's have a fuse.I burned a fuse on my m1000 it ran in limp mode. Hope this helps.

fixed!!! Something simple!
You guy's are gonna rag on me BIG time!
The spark plug boots looked like they wre on good......but I started pushing on one hard and it went down another 1/4 inch, tried the other and "same".
Tried her out and she's good to go. wooohooo! Thanks for sall the advice guy's, if yer ever in the boundary country, I'm buy'n! KL
