low beam on with high beam

so i hear that theres a way to have my low beams on with my high beams, and when i just need my low beam the high beam goes back off which is good for when passing other riders and such ... could someone please help me with this "mod". for a 2000 sks 700 thank you.

Probably have to run a seperate switch, use your stock one for your low beams and your toggle for your highs or vice versa, idk?
