SW Video Losing weight for next season

Nice work. I’ll jump in and get to work slimming down also. It really does make the snowmobile season more enjoyable when you’ve got good fitness. Every 7lbs we drop will be like adding one. horsepower. Hoping to add 6 horsepower next year

It's like I tell my Doc, I can drop 30 lbs fairly easily. Then I ask "Statistically, what will follow that weight loss? Gain 40 lbs back? " and he says...."Probably", so I will stick to keeping my core strong and let the gut just come along for the ride.

OK
Then try this.
Lose the 30lbs this Summer and Fall.
Ride next season 30lbs DOWN
Then put the weight back on in the spring after the season is over.

Well instead of losing 30 maybe I should shoot for 10. I might stand a better chance of maintaining that?
well ya, if you WANT to maintain it.
If you want to just gain it back, then its all about TIMING
And time wise we want you to be in your BEST PHYSICAL CONDITION for WINTER!

Didn't you get ripped a few years back? I'm sure you didn't want to lose any of that progress, and I'm guessing you're a better man than I. It has nothing to do with want. Aging and will power are not natural bedfellows! LOL
