How much boost on 100ll?

Hoping there’s some people still here after the factory turbo movement.

Right now I have a mtntk NON-inter cooled turbo kit on a 21 polaris 850. I am running 10lbs of boost at 6-9k feet above see level on 50/50 Av/91 fuel. Wondering what kinds of boost levels I could run if I get an intercooler upgrade and run 100% 100ll. Would I lose some more response and would the 850 motor hold up or does the reliability go way down after 10lbs of boost? Thanks

Not much going on in here anymore! 100ll is going to seem not as responsive bottom end. With an intercooler I bet you could run 12-14 on 50% mix. If you ride hard in deep snow your intake temps will start to climb and thats where you start running closer to det. Of course it will be a handful at those power levels. Stock pistons? I prefer forged in case you hit det.

We ran 14-16 lbs on straight 100LL on stock 800 CFI. 2870 turbo (disc potato)
