Finally snowing in Washington again

Been awhile now, started off so good but only used older sleds for the first 4 trips so far but looks great for the next 7 days, even snowing at whistling Jacks. now we can all get off the keyboards. turning out to be a Merry Christmas .

Uh, not so much... Was up at 6k on the sxs today... Warm and raining... Only lasted about 1hr. Clear now...

Yeah, weather forecast looks like a bust for the remainder of December for the most part unfortunately.

Looks like its gonna be a late riding season this year...sigh.

good thing we got a trip to dunes planned dec 26th with the sxs's, darn gotta wait. but did see they picked up 3 in at base of crystal mt but w. jacks looks like .001 in maybe frost.

new update was only suppose to dump 3-5 in overnite but c/m is showing 9 in already at 2:20 am and still dumping, might have to cancel appointment and bring out the g4 for its 1st ride real soon.

sounds like it snowed more to the north of ya last weekend. was in fresh stuff all day the 16th. not enough to go crazy but could get off trail a bit. id say its on by now with the winter storm warning up higher. time to break out the avy pack!

ya first 4 trips took older sleds and mostly did the roads only 1st 2 trips, but last 2 trips there was a lot of base and good coverage up at that 6,000 ft area I like to go to, hope to hit some of the new powder where I know there are no stumps to contend with. and put some new gas in the g4. already got the trip planned for 1 last sxs run this year soon.
