These Cali boys are all over this forum!:) Just lookin to get some contacts going for the season: condition reports, share some pics and video, tell some stories, make new riding partners, share some new riding places... yeah, you "outta-staters" can jump in anytime too!:D

I live in BM the family and I are going to Utah to ride this weekend. I will try and post some pics of that. But keep us posted on the snow up the canyon as I will be back on the 23rd and would love to hook up with you for a ride.

twisted where you going to ride in utah i will be there should have my sled put back together sunday morning, if i can get a shock will be down to tag along if you dont mind, will be there till wednesday ya i will be bringing it back with me to BM so i will be down to ride the rubys, how much snow is up there right now

Heres the winter status as of today, had to take my Summit down to Thin Air to have them put my stator in for me and my "loaner"-backup is at 5th gear getting a new clutch. Hopefully be up in 2 weeks with a sled. There was a line of rigs headin up today... SNOTEL shows 16" down low and talked to some guys that came in to Ships this afternoon, one of them had been to the lake and had heard someone went to the top of Liberty the other day. Looks like ridin season is here with snow throughout the week! Definently be lookin for a few partners when i get a sled back!

Be careful

Hey Boys, we still need quite a bit more snow before you get all crazy, heard that a couple guys wrecked their sh!t allready.

Mini sleder I am riding the elizabeth range. Saying at the bear river lodge. Truck and trailer parked right out front. I will be leaving on tuesday. But it is snowing right know may have to stay and ride tuesday. I will send you a pm with my cell number.

Lookin to put some miles on the sled... away from the canyon? Was out at Harrison today. About 6" plus on the hgwy and gets deeper the higher you go. Can get some miles on the road, still not enough base to stay off the rocks underneath though. Probably equate to all that trail riding they love back east...

I've been up Lamoise (sp) canyon and some back roads in the Desert nearby last fall. Beautiful area and we like the Casinos for the night. Thinking about doing a trip this winter with my wife. Where are some good riding areas?

Man I'm gonna miss the Rubys! I definatley have to make a couple trips down there this winter IF you guys get any more snow!

It sure pays off to live in a place like Alpine WY!

Ahhhhh, the snow is here! Forcast calls for snow all week (just like the rest of the west). A few more feet and a good base and were set! Long track lady is right... too much carnage. A little more patience out there will keep ya' runnin when the snows good! Been tracking SNOTEL, crosscountry riding...head for big bend and goldcreek/sunflower flat. Mountain riding thats "legal"... south of Harrison Pass and Jacks Peak. Im lookin to try out Ravens Nest, Pearl Peak, Mitchell Creek, Sherman Creek and if it looks good have been wanting to head ?south? to try out Mt. Wilson south of Ely. If the snow catches up... lookin to scratch some new areas this year!...

Anybody get any pics from up in Lamoille this last week? Curious to see how it looks up there before i get a sled back.

snow

Went up on the 24th. Still not alot of snow lots on land mines. Got to ride some. Snowed on us all day. Should be good after the snow we just got. I might go ride up lewis in BM has 23 inches now.

I went up today. Yesterdays storm dumped pretty decent but we still need one more good storm. Death Bowl on Lamoille Lake slid in a big way. The slide came across the Lake within about 150' of the base of the chute. Word of warning to lake racers!!!! Don't go screaming across the lake in low visibility, you'll hit a 6' vertical wall 2/3 the way across.

Owch! Scotty come up here until Lamoille gets enough to actually do some riding! It's like a re***e with 4 ft of powder!

Should of taken my own advice!

Well we went up north to find some more snow. Got about 53 miles of road riding in but of course just before I got back to the truck, (wack aaaahhhh sh!t) had a friend who lived close and this is what we came up with.
