Drive clutch question

My cam arm on my drive clutch snapped the tip off the set screw and wedged into my primary and caused the clutch rollers (not sure of the name but its the piece that rolls against the weight) to burr up and now it wont spin freely. So, I am faced with the choice of removing and rebuilding my primary or replacing it with another one. My thoughts are to replace it with a 16 which has a different weight mounting system and doesn't use the set screws.
I can get one locally for $600 or order one off the internet for $450 but its uncalibrated.

My question is this. What does uncalibrated mean and what has to be done to calibrate it?
Also, is there an advantage other than the weight mounting system to the 16 clutch as a new 13 clutch is $300ish
Anyone have the specifics on R and R as well as alignment?

Thanks
