Looking at either a 14 or 15 pro rmk 800 models and a $700 difference. What are the differences from year to year and is it worth it? Warranty will be the same. Thanks!

Don't think there is a difference. Unless it was snow check. Then you get the piggy back shocks. On the mountain there no difference in performance in power. Just the shocks, if it has them.

Looks like original poster is from Canada so this would not apply to him, but a few dealers in the states have 14 pro 163's for 9k plus sales tax. For that price I would take a 14 in a heartbeat.

For $700 take the 15 no question. Always slight improvements year to year even if minor.

Also the 15 will undoubtedly be worth more down the road that is unless you plan on riding it for 3 or more seasons then it probably wouldn't matter might as well save the money up front for goodies.

I thought it had been posted that the pistons have a different part number from 14 to 15.

I just faced the same situation. I went with the '15 banking on making up the $700 when I sell. Also, I figure that things will be changing for '16 and the '15 will be the most reliable and refined Pro available after 5 model years to get it figured out.
