I am not 100% sure about fitment of your sled. I was just looking on the CPC site. there are only 2 different sets of improved trail weights. the ones that I have and the new team clutch weights. for the team weights, it specifies that it's for 2016 and newer cats with the team clutch. it doesn't specify a year range on the other set of weights.
to my knowledge, the technology of the factory weights hasn't changed since cat went to a set screw style weight. it is my assumption that they should functionally work in clutches from 06ish to 15 models.
