Hey guys looking for a little quick answer, leaving on a trip tomorrow morning on a trip , buddy s been waiting on a piece for his 2010 summit clutch , as of now it hasnt shown up , my question is , i have a spare clutch off a 2002 1/2 mxz 800 , will that clutch work on the 2010? i know the weights & spring will have to be changed just not sure about the crank and inner sheave are the same , any help would be appreciated

No. The '02 is a splined shaft/inner sheave, the 10 is a taper fit shaft/inner sheave.
The whole clutch will physically fit on the crank but is not as strong and uses different tuning components. The springs are about all that interchange. O.D. is also different.
