The riding around BB is the best in the state, just please don't tell anyone. Ask Jack at the Lumberjack or any of the locals how to get to Gobblers knob, or HoneyBear and check out the view. Just go to the bar, make some friends and get some directions. Mt. Arvon is the highest spot in the state and the Hurron Mt's are incredible. The trails are excellent, Due to it's location it doesnt get thr traffic the rest of the state does and there r some excellent opportunities for off trail playing. I have spent many, many weeks in Big Bay and it is such a long ride from anywhere, snowmobilers only show up for lunch,or late lunch and the most comonly asked question is "what is the shortest way back to Marquette?" HOOD.
