Whatcha think? Is this E mod supposed to be straight? I’m thinking no, since there aren’t any cracks and I cast aluminum doesn’t much like to bend.

I’m just trying to see how far back damage goes. This sled has damage that neither the last owner (owned for 2 weeks, too big of a sled..) or the original owner knows how all this damage happened[emoji848][emoji2359]

The left upper a arm is tight and clearly a left side impact occurred. Thinking about taking some material off the a arm to narrow them up the 1/4” needed to fit properly. I created a “spreader” but didn’t want to push too much against the E Mod and break that. S Mod is on the way, but can’t get here soon enough.

Decided to simply reface the s module face that the upper control arm rests against, to match the angle of the other side of the control arms. This will be a great fix, not affect any structural integrity of the sled and being a perfectionist, I can sleep with this repair[emoji23]
