Sunny day, go anywhere snow! Great first day driving my new sled. I just picked up an 08 M1000. I loved the power and the fuel injection sure is nice for altitude.

check out the GPS locations here

It was one of the best days I have had. I hope I have several more that top it this season. The riding is going to be good at Baker for a while.

There was about 1/2 mile stretch of fine gravel on the lower switchbacks. I assume it will be something you can drive your truck on soon.

Where did you park? How far did you have to ride on the dirt?

the ride in isn't too far. Baker Lake Rd and then drive to the upper snow park. there is a turn around and drive from there. The snow will probably melt and you will I assume be able to drive up the road to get closer to the snow.

This area is east of Burlington 35 minutes on hwy 20.

once you are in the snow the area is endless. So many areas to play!

Later in the season u can drive Quite a ways up all the way to the last turn around But beware its best to have a Sled deck as turning a trailer around on a small dirt road can be challenging! Should have a couple of more months tell the snow level drops to less then the 2 ft cut off at Schribers meadow! Have fun up there i know we will be back up there alot this yr! shooting for a 4th of July ride!

thanks

Thanks for the directions guys, appreciat it.Want to try hitting up this area. How long is the road ride until you get into the bowls or play areas?

Do you guys know of an area east of Sumas or say Glacier do get in this range?

Never crossed the border before to ride and assume you need to have your sled registered along with all title docs? Dont want any hassle there...
