While riding Sunday I stopped to adjust the air pressure it my shocks...
As I was spinning the hose head to release the pump there was a sudden rush of air, way more than the little bit that comes out of the pump when you unthread it.
The air valve was still attached to the pump head. Crap. I managed to get it finger tight, refill it with air, and then used a leatherman to keep the valve from screwing out as I removed the pump. It got me back to the truck.
After finding the correct socket to get on the loose valve (1/4" drive, 10 mm), I checked the other valves...they were ALL loose.
If you've got these shocks, it might be worth a check. These are not high torque items, but they should be snug.
