A-arm waffle washer on bushing?

Hey fellas, just replacing stock A-arms with some zbroz today, off a new 2015 pro, and that funny little washer on the arm bushings, on all of them is the question. Do you need to run that waffle washer? Seems tight, almost like it would cause some stiction in the range of travel. What are your thoughts?

They keep the spindle rock to a minimum.

Just about to do the same, how did you swap the ball joints? is it easy or did you have someone press them in and out for you?

Really easy. 2 sockets and a vice after you pop the c-clip out with some spanners.
