800 Recoil

I am coverting a 02 motor to perc reverse and I was told the recoil is different does anybody know if that is the case? If so I need a recoil off a 03 and newer 800 RMK with perc reverse, pm me with reply thanks

you do not need a different recoil, you can get the dogget for loke $5 or something like that. it is only so if you pull on the pull chord when in reverse it will not brake
