just wondering if any one knows what rpm's there supposed to be running at. went for a ride today top rpm was 7950 at approx 8000 ft elevation?

I reached 8250rpm at an elevation of 8500-9500, but I consistently hit 8100. I believe the magic nuber is 8100.

i forgot to look at the rpm today, i was too busy hanging on for my life.
i will try and remember to look down at the guage next time, today was my first ride on the dragon8.

if your running anywhere from 7950 to 8100 your pulling just right tried more weight in the primary with pretty much 0 effect? I'm not kidding had two dragons out both of us 200 lbs my sled running 2 gram heavier and both sleds pulled the same rpm every time! same miles on both sleds as well.
