Sounds like dealers are going to get an allotment of tracks. Dealer didn't even know what they were going to cost, just that they were going to get 3 of them. My dad got his name on one of the 162s. Should pair nicely with the M1300 that he is putting together right now.

Ha they just called back. Got my 153 X 3 on order. They are thinking mid july. $360 for 7 tooth drivers and return shipping for the 2.6

So Cat does have a track swap program? My dealer would not do a track swap (in Canada) as they say there is not such a thing. I just wanted to swap a 153x2.6 80 duro for a 153x2.6 85 duro on the 15 M8000 is ordered.

Cat has had a track trade program for many many years, but they only trade for tracks in there catalog and only current year new never left the dealer sleds

They are going to be expensive!!! List price on the tracks is $1550 for 153 and $1599 for the 162. Then you have the 7t drivers. I am going to work some prices over tonight and may offer a trade program on Camoplast X3 tracks that will save some money for you.

on a brand new '15 M8000, what should a 153 2.6 power claw trade for a 153 2.6 HCR power claw trade cost me at a dealer then? .... Canadian dealer

Well it's $1150 retail for 153 2.6 pc and 1200 for 162, so there is your difference. In non canuck prices
