The snow in central utah has been so poor this year that I really haven't been able to ride my new 21 turbo, so from that aspect, I was happy they didn't release anything groundbreaking that I'd need to go buy new when I already have a new one in my shop

At least you don’t have to travel an insane distance to find good snow!

how about an 850 with ZERO gizmos on it, 154 short tunnel with hand warmers and a tachometer, decent shocks for less than $10k. that’s all i need. would sell thousands of them.

sled prices are getting ridiculous for the common folk

They don’t want to sale thousands. you buy one sled for the price of two or three is what I’ve noticed

Are they really??. My last snow check was a 1999 AC powder special limited. It was $8600CAD. In 2001 I bought a brand new F250, power stroke. It was $40,000CAD. I just got my snow checked 20222 summit 850 165, it was $17,500CAD, how much is a new F250 powerstroke today?? $70,000CAD?, ?80,000 CAD?. Of course a new 20222 Powerstroke is NOT the same truck as the 2001 was but neither is the 2022 summit even in the same ballpark as a 1999 powder special, in fact they are not even playing the same game. Point is, while the prices are crazy we are getting a lot more sled for the $ (adjusted for inflation) than we were 20 years go.
