2018 Axys Track Stuck

Hi Guys,
My friend rode his 2018 RMK up the snow packed road about a 1/2 mile without the scratchers down and the track appeared pretty warm. It looked like the rubber was actually melting. He shut off the sled and then the track seized. We removed the quick drive belt and everything seemed good until the large quick drive cog. We couldn’t roll it or the track. Any suggestions?

High fax melted to the track. Will need to break track lose from high fax.
