Hi all, first post here.. I have a 2012 rmk 600 pro. I bought it used a few years ago, other than shredding a belt last season it’s given me zero issues until now. First ride this season no problems. Second ride a few days later, good for an hour or so then all of a sudden the exhaust got super loud and poppy, also lost top end power. I poked around and found a pretty big hole rusted through the pipe near where it connects to the muffler. Really the whole exhaust system looks pretty crappy and rusted. I figured good excuse for an upgrade so I called slp this morning for a stage 2 kit, they don’t have any and said they may or may not make more. I’m thinking about a used stock pipe from eBay, etc. but I’m worried about all the rust I’m seeing and whether the
y-pipe/pipe/muffler mating surfaces will fit back together right..
Sooooo my question is these:
Any other pipe options?
Should I just try to patch the hole for now and hope slp makes more pipes this summer..?
Does anybody know if a 13-16 kit can be made to fit my 2012?
Anybody have a good used slp setup they wanna sell?
Any other ideas?
