pivot adapters

i have a set of rox adjustable risers and am looking for a good pivot adapter. i bought a 1.5 inch tall adapter from rsi and they dont seem to line up when i try and bolt them down. it seems like the threaded holes are just a bit out of alignment with the holes on the steering shaft. any other options on a short, not 3" tall adapter out there?
