Just give tom a call, you will at least need to tap the shaft, an aluminum hold down and a bolt

Just a new top gear, top bearing and seal for the lower bearing (or replace with a sealed bearing which is my preference). I did the same swap this fall. Call Tom, he'll hook you up.
