There parts dept sucks! Used to be good but lately have f-ed me twice. I always have my part numbers and call ahead to check stock before I drive 2 hrs round trip for parts and they still manage to miss sh!t! Uhgg. Rant over.

The last time I was in there I didn't recognize the guy at the parts counter but they've always been good to me. Mistakes happen, it's too bad you had to drive so far and didn't get your parts.
Please explain why this is in the Doo G4 section…?

I'm...guessing...they are a Doo Dealer...? Which still doesnt explain it...
If you have a problem with a dealer then it is usually best to take it up with management or the owner in an attempt to resolve it. Posting it here just clutters up the SkiDoo section and really doesn't resolve anything.
